Sadly disappointed

Liked: Great location with direct beach access. They have 3 outdoor pools with lounge chairs and tables. Several small grills available as well as tabls with umbrellas. The room had plenty of windows with natural lights and both city and ocean views. Room rate included breakfast which was basic selection.
Disliked: The rooms are very outdated and poorly kept. Toilet had rust on fixtures and sat low to ground. Faucets were either missing spouts or handles were stuck. Full size kitchen was a plus but it was poorly stocked. Our unit had two separate AC units one of which leaked inside continuously. The other unit leaked onto the balcony, causing it to be rusty and wet. The beds are garbage. They were clean but very uncomfortable. Bed fixture was exposed and just outdated. There is signs of wear and tear throughout the common areas and evidence of patch work on doors, panels, and rails. Switching to another room would have been more of the same, plus most of our time was spent out of the room. Grin and bear it was our motto. Hopefully they invest in upgrading rooms and hiring staff with pride in service in the near future.

Liked: It was very quiet. And wonderful staff from the front desk to the house keeper. Ms. Rose was the sweetest and kept our room and towels stocked!
Disliked: Still has some things they are working on from the storms . However that really didn’t bother me.
