Liked: Excellent staff, including maid service. Good for the price. My 2nd stay at the motel. Convenient location. Upgraded cable service since my last stay.
Disliked: Rooms are a bit dated. One lamp was broken and the bathroom fan needed repair.

It is disappointing to pay money for a place that is not maintained.

Liked: One of the staff members was very personal and nice which made the stay ok. The shower stall is new. A coffee machine & coffee was available. Great Indian food across the street and great staff. The neighborhood seemed safe. Easy access to Bart & the highway.
Disliked: The room has no fire alarm, the phone does not work, the deadbolt does not work, the alarm does not work, nor 1 of the 2 bed side lamps. The bed is squeaky. The top of the refrigerator has rust spots. The carpet should be replaced. There was a screw on the carpet. The vinyl floor in the bathroom is not sealed towards the shower. The door has a big crack where cold air comes in. There was no breakfast. The lightbulb above the stairs does not function.

Liked: No breakfast provided after Covid.
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable and the windows let cold air in. Heater had to remain on.
