Liked: The rates were good.
Disliked: The hotel was basically abandoned. most of the facility was shut down. The “sports complex with laser tag and a “huge arcade” was closed and looked like it hasn’t been open for years. The water was turned off the morning we were checking out. No-one told us they were turning it off. we were literally trying to get ourselves and 3 children bathed and dressed to leave when the water was turned off. Not a drop of water to even flush the toilet was available. we called the front desk multiple times, but no one answered. when they finally called back about 30 minutes later they acted shocked and said they would “look into it”. come to find out they had a plumber there and has turned the water off without telling us. there were literally like two other people in the whole hotel you’d think they could’ve given us a heads up.

Disliked: The first night we stayed there no one was there, we had to check in at the hotel next door, no employees or anyone at the front desk, the bar was closed, the gift shop was closed, restaurant, closed, no breakfast Friday morning, couldn't find the fitness center and no one to ask, beds were hard, it was not as nice as advertised

Worst hotel I’ve ever been...

Disliked: The room was terrible, inside of door look like it had been kicked in. Lock was broken off with a hole in the wall where it should be and had two big holes in the wall. One from the cable and another behind our bed that was 1ft x 1ft hole I found when checking for bed bugs, which we did not have thank goodness. The only piece of furniture was a desk and it was torn up really bad and only had one outlet in the whole room. The tv on the wall was very small only a 24” but the aspect ratio was half that, settings were blocked from being changed. My IPad Pro when held in front of it blocked the image, that’s how small it was, my wife and daughter laughed. The roof had bad brown water stains in random spots and there was a big 1ft long section of what looked like BBQ sauce on the roof. The room smelled terrible, and the floor sloped. Even the chair was stained with what looked like blood or some kind of red/brown stain. Overall hotel is extremely old and very run down. Went to the front desk to ask for a new room and they do not have front desk staff after 10pm. The room phone was completely a blank and no extension listed to reach anyone in the hotel, even when dialing zero, the insert was removed and replaced with a blank piece of paper. I would never stay here again and urge others to avoid it like the plague!I’m a pilot and live in hotels half the month and this is by far the worst I’ve ever seen in my life, not even exaggerating.
