Exceptional

Very pleased with my stay.

Liked: The hotel was amazing, and the staff was helpful, really exceptional? Couldn't have asked for better. I was only in town for one night to take my kids to Six Flags, and I wanted to stay at a nicer place. This was definitely worth it. I understand there are a couple of places to shop nearby the hotel as well as to eat, but maybe 1 or 2 more places on the property would be perfect.

Annoying… you have to valet...

Liked: No everything was about the time share. They nickle and dime you. I do not recommend for military travel . You can get an invoice from anyone..
Disliked: Everything they can do nothing if booked thru Booking.com … Booking.com is not military friendly. I do not recommend.

Liked: Great location
Disliked: The room was not as clean as expected - mainly the restroom there where hairs behinds in the tub from previous guest.

Very good

Liked: The room was beautiful and spacious pools are great too both indoor and outdoor door. I would definitely recommend.
Disliked: The massages are amazing it was the best part. Would not reccommend doing your nails there it was very basic. They did do scrubs and hot wrap therapy for mani pedi though.
