Relaxing and enjoyable

Liked: The beds were comfy. The room and bathroom was clean. The hotel was unique in its operation and it was right in town near all the big things.

An unusual stay.

Liked: Artfully decorated, well located, free parking, and an odd but serviceable outdoor elevator to reach our room.
Disliked: Breakfast was a $10 coupon to be used at a restaurant. Did not cover the cost for two people. The room was very charming but there was no place to hang garments! There were no windows in our room and no way to regulate the temperature.

Disappointing

Liked: The bed was clean and so was the room but the building was old and smelly. I could hear the people in the next room breathe and snore since there was a large gap at the bottom of the dividing door. There is a train track immediately next to the building and loud freight trains woke me up several times. There also is no breakfast per se. Instead there is a ten dollar voucher for 1 of 3 restaurants of which two were closed on Sunday morning and the third doesn't open until 8am. I find this misleading.

Liked: The property was a perfect location. It is in the middle of most of the Big Things. The receptionist was very helpful and pleasent.
Disliked: We thought that the breakfast was going to be onsite instead of receiving a coupon for a local restaurant. The restaurant was a good value and had good food. The coupon only covered 1/2 of the bill.It was hard to see the key pad for the outer door at night.Information as to where to park would have been nice. We were uncertain until we asked the receptionist.

Disliked: When I booked said breakfast was included at property. Was not! Texted host and was told there was a $10 voucher for cafe or coffee house down the block! Never found it they said to mention it and should be able to get. Didn’t bother!

Liked: Rooms and communal area really clean & nicely decorated. Very central location for seeing the Big Things in Casey. Super responsive for any issues.
Disliked: The outdoor lift takes a bit of getting used to!

Disliked: In the bathroom something is needed to set your toiletries down and clothes while changing

Liked: Beautiful industrial style rooms! I was just looking for a small town close to the interstate (which this is) BUT the town is very clean, we’ll kept and quirky!
Disliked: Not sure there’s AC? We were provided a fan and no control of room temperature. Was fine for us but if really hot could be an issue?
