We would definitely come back

Liked: Style, location, cleanliness, comfortable bed.
Disliked: A bit hot/minimal ventilation in Summer.

Very good

Liked: Very central, quiet and comfortable. Staff very kind and welcoming.
Disliked: Breakfast poor value and only cafetiere coffee, known here as "French press".Why no espresso machine?

Great location, mixed experience

Liked: Perfect location — tucked right in the heart of the old city, just minutes from the Roman Baths.Feels high-end and thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail in the rooms.A stylish, boutique atmosphere that doesn’t feel try-hard.
Disliked: The air con in our loft room was more hairdryer than cooling system — far too loud to sleep with, so nights were uncomfortably warm.The welcome could’ve been warmer: travelling with my 12-year-old son, we were greeted with “You do know our policy is 8+ to stay here?” — which felt more like a warning than a welcome. A simple “How old is your son?” would’ve done the job.

Liked: This is an amazing hotel stay. Everything about it is perfect. Bed is comfortable, everything is very clean, there are lots of plugins for phone and devices. Location is central to all the stores and places to see plus the train station.
Disliked: There is nothing really except to note that there are stairs..

Great central location, lacking air...

Disliked: For the money paid would have expected air con (fan provided was not functioning properly as would not stay in position) Room was very hot and very noisy with windows open.2 x shampoo in room rather than 1 x shampoo and 1 x conditioner (told reception upon check out)
