Clean, comfortable and fantastic location.
Liked: Eight is situated in 2 different nearby properties, each in a great location, convenient for visiting the many attractions in Bath. We stayed in the Abbey Green building which was superb. Immaculately clean, very comfortable and with everything you need for a cozy stay.
Disliked: We loved everything.

Perfect Location, Cozy Charm, and...
Liked: I had a wonderful stay at Eight Hotel in Bath. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, and a short walk from the train station. Despite being in the heart of the city, the hotel is tucked away on a peaceful, charming cobbled street that feels like a hidden gem.The hotel itself is full of character, housed in historic Georgian buildings that have been tastefully updated. It was clean, stylish, and cozy. For the price and location, Eight Hotel offers excellent value. It’s the perfect blend of boutique comfort, historic charm, and convenience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Bath.

Lovely location, exceptionally clean.
Liked: Excellent location (apart from night time noise). A short walk from the train station.
Disliked: No air condtioning which is a challenge on very warm nights. Opening the windows is quite noisy through all hours of the evening and night with shouting and yelling and nosiy cars speeding around. That was a bit unfortunate. It's probably perfect if you don't need to hopen the windows and may be better if you're not on the top floor - which we were.

Liked: The property is in an ideal location for exploring Bath and surrounding areas too! Staff were so helpful and arrived promptly when we had a slight issue with the shower! This was resolved quickly. Our room was clean and comfortable and exactly what we needed for a few nights stay! Would return without a doubt. The Southgate car park is nearby too and very secure !
Disliked: Nothing :)

Dreamy , atmospheric hotel
Liked: Period style, great location
Disliked: Carrying luggage as it’s on a narrow cobbled street, though staff helped. Parking attendants on loading bays were unpleasant

Historic building, luxurious rooms, excellent...
Liked: Excellent quiet location 15 walk from The Crescent and 2 mins from the Romans Baths and shops. I liked the historical rooms - I stayed in the basement (likely to have been the old kitchen) which was large and bright. Large bathroom with huge shower and plenty of hot water.
Disliked: I can only sleep on firm pillows and the pillows were soft and feathery (a personal thing) and very bright in June. Not easy to get close by car as the hotel is in a pedestrianised area. Parked in the Cricket Club which was about 5 mins walk away. Tried to park in Waitrose but due to the one way system couldn’t figure out how to get there. Didn’t understand how if I could drop off outside The Abby hotel which a few yards away or if it was coaches only. But that’s not the hotels fault… most cities in the UK are a confusing maze of one way systems, bus lanes and unclear parking rules.
