Simply wonderful

Lovey hotel in a beautiful...

Liked: Loved the location, was literally a 2 minute walk to the Roman Baths and the Abby. We were a family of three, so having the extra bedroom for our daughter was perfect. The main room was very large as well as the bathroom. Loved the view of the little courtyard.
Disliked: There was no elevator in the building we were staying. As great as the courtyard was in the day, it was a little noisy at night. We also had some heavy walkers above us the first night.

Liked: Fantastic location, comfortable bed, powerful showers, clean, staff were great, loved the honesty bar.
Disliked: It was a bit warm and hard to cool down as our room was below ground level and the bathroom was lower still with no external ventilation so showering really warmed the whole room, and the one window didn’t create enough airflow. We were also below the main hallway and the room above us seemed to think moving around and dropping things at 4am was ok. So it was a bit hard to sleep with the noise of footfall above us. That said earplugs were provided!
