Liked: Beautiful unique room; loved the bathtub, the tv in the bed, beautiful coffee cups, and loved the honest bar. Thanks to Carla for her fantastic service.
Disliked: Wished breakfast was included.

Liked: Perfect location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of tea/coffee/milk supplied in room.

Good location for a boozy...

Liked: Fantastic central location, in an associated building on Abbey Green (by the Giant Plane Tree). Lots of tourist cafes / bars / restaurants within an easy stumble. Lovely, helpful receptionist made checkin simple and showed me to the 'annex' and my room. Lovely room, lots of nice, quality touches. Quiet too.
Disliked: I wasn't aware, but my room was on the top floor of 3, steep stairs and no lift. Just made it.Also, accepting the top floor location, a power shower would have helped what was was ater flow that struggled and was the only negative thing about the room.

Liked: Lovely staff, great basement bar, clean & cosy room, great central location, near some nice restaurants
Disliked: Whilst a fantastic location, it was incredibly ‘lively’ outside, lots of noise from those who’d perhaps had a bit too much fun, although we did stay Friday & Saturday night.
