Absolutely loved my time at...

Liked: The location of the hotel was amazing, right in the center of Bath, close to restaurants, the Roman Baths, and the Abbey. The wine store next door had an amazing selection of wine and cheese, the cafes in the area were also delicious, and the room was absolutely stunning.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing. Everything was above and beyond.

Excellent will stay again but...

Liked: Beautiful room, friendly polite staff, excellent room facilities. The only issue I experienced was I was on the ground floor bedroom and I constantly heard the footsteps from the bedroom on the floor above. Didn’t sleep well but my surroundings and facilities are amazing
Disliked: Lower floor rooms noisy

Nice hotel, don't expect any...

Liked: Breakfast was nice. Room was clean. Staff were welcoming.
Disliked: The noise outside the room made sleeping impossible. We were not made aware of this beforehand. Had we known we could have made an informed decision as to whether to choose this hotel. We knew it was a hotel in the centre of the town and in a listed buidling and so were expecting some distruption but the level of noise was beyond acceptable.

Bath overnighter

Liked: Perfect location, excellent friendly welcoming staff. Top breakfast too.
Disliked: Outside noise early in the morning. Seagulls making absolute racket!

Exceptional

Liked: The staff at Eight were extremely helpful. We arrived late and they were extremely thorough in making sure I had the instructions for self check-in. We were comfortable in our lovely room just off Abby Green with the incredible Giant Plane Tree! Bath is beautiful and a great place to visit and take in the gorgeous Georgian and Roman architecture. Stay at Eight and you'll be happy
