Liked: The price and distance from main attractions plus the fact it had a triple room with single beds.
Disliked: The rooms smelt awful and the receptionist when we arrived was rude & not very helpful at all.

Disliked: We were having an enjoyable stay overall, until the last night when we discovered that neither of the safes in our rooms was working. For clarity, we left both safes closed in the morning, but when we returned in the evening, neither would open. We then asked the receptionist to open them manually with the key. Once the safes had been opened, I counted the cash inside and discovered that €200 was missing from my safe. Unfortunately, we are unsure of the exact amount missing from another safe in my father's room, but we estimate it to be at least €100.It seems to me that someone used the administrator's key to override the safes in both our rooms, took a small amount of cash, and then reset and closed the safes; hence our passwords didn't work. It is also rather suspicious that this happened in both our rooms at the same time, right before we were due to leave the following morning.After the missing money was discovered, both the reception and management were of little help. They conducted some kind of an 'internal investigation' and concluded that nobody with access to the key had entered our rooms. Coincidentally, there were no cameras in the hallway on the third or fifth floors.The manager then suggested we provide a copy of the police report for further investigation (which we don't have because we didn't call the police, which the hotel should be well aware of), as well as a proof that the amount in question was indeed present with me during my stay at the time, such as withdrawal receipts or bank statement (which is impossible, as it was our cash savings that had never been in a bank account).What's more, even before we arrived in Paris, I was bombarded with phishing emails from this hotel, both directly and via Booking.com. They assured me that they had suffered a security breach but the same messages kept coming.

Liked: Staff very helpful and friendly. Location ideal for the sites.
Disliked: Rooms were very small, shower was crazy small in our room, our other room had a slightly larger shower. Walls paper thin, can hear everything.
