Liked: Great vegan breakfast options and a lovely outdoor space
Disliked: the room was very warm despite it being cool outside, the window only opened a little but a fan was provided

Fantastic and will return

Liked: The hotel is a converted 16th Century mill with a fantastic settting on the Nailsworth Stream, in Nailsworth in the Cotswolds. The food was outstanding, the staff exceedingly helpful, a welcome oasis in a desert of tired and cloned hotels relying on their name instead of service and facilities.
Disliked: I loved everything about the hotel

Liked: Interesting historical building in central location. Room to a good standard but in my opinion overpriced. Staff friendly and attentive and good in restaurant of a good standard.
Disliked: Location of our room was in adjacent block to main building - room 2. A superior room placed next door to 2 x utility service rooms on ground floor? From 06.45 external door was slammed on numerous occasions accompanied by loud chatter from mom, we assume, service people which amounted to an unwarranted very early wake up call for my wife and myself. The price charged for the room did not warrant this early intrusion and spoilt what was up until then an enjoyable short break.Simple solution fit automatic door closure to external door and request staff moderate conversation in vicinity of customer bedrooms early in the morning.
