Liked: Carparking is straight forward with a discounted payment.It is clean and staff was really helpful.
Disliked: Perfect option for party group but not recommend for family trip. First day ,around 15-20 homeless were sleeping just in front of the hotel. We needed to use other entrance.Ok , it is close to metro station but it is really chaotic place and people approached to you for asking money. We didn't feel comfortable while walking around the hotel. Generally ,It is not fault of the hotel but you may be dissatisfied while expecting peaceful family trip.

Liked: The room was nice. The breakfast was good. The position in the city rather practical! For a businees trip it was a good accomodation
Disliked: the staff was kinda rude and not very helpful

Disliked: There was a trolley noise around 05.00 am in the hotel that lasts a good hour and waked me up.
