Outstanding Staff. Pleasant accommodation suitable...

Liked: Great Staff. Upgraded us to better accom. Very helpful. Clean linen. They even gave us some free towels which we were supposed to pay for. Kitchen was clean and tidy.
Disliked: Nothing. Great stay.

Disliked: Cold room, beds were uncomfortable, felt damp.We booked the bigger family room. We were moved inside due to weather but then that room was very cramped

I felt welcomed and it...

Liked: I loved the staff, our room was good and spacious. the location is central but i felt like i wasn't in the city. very easy going. i loved how hot the showers got!
Disliked: one window in our room had no curtain and didnt close fully. it was cold and let a draft through. our neighbors were horrible unfortunately. staff tried to do what they can but ultimately theres only so much you can do
