Liked: This is a small traditional English hotel on a quiet street, superbly situated near Harrods and Victoria and Albert Museum. Our deluxe king room was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The hotel’s greatest asset is its staff! They were extremely helpful in our inquiries and accommodating to our requests. A service far beyond the usual London hotel…
Disliked: We had the English breakfast one morning. It was delicious! We just think the price was disproportionate.

Liked: Hotel is wonderful. Staff helpful and attentive.Located in a quiet street, 5 min walk from Harrods, Natural history museum and other surrounding locations.
Disliked: Only fixed head shower in the bathroom with a rather strange system for opening water (you get a splash of cold water all over yourself first before you can turn it towards hot water).

The most wonderful stay!

Liked: I don’t quite know where to begin. We had the most amazing stay here last weekend to celebrate our wedding. All of the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and went exactly to plan. We were so sad to leave after the weekend was over. We will 100% be back next year to celebrate our anniversary.The rooms are decorated so very tasteful. The bed was extremely comfortable and large. The staff helped us with anything we needed and were all so polite and wished us well with our marriage. Breakfast was very tasty. They even kept the bar open for us a little later so that we could celebrate with a champagne when we got in on Saturday evening.Thank you to everyone at the Egerton House hotel for the best wedding weekend and the most wonderful memories.
