Disliked: Horrible management! When we booked a hotel, there was nothing in the description that you have to be completely naked in order to use a spa, which is used by both sexes at the same time. It was not acceptable for us. When we asked to get a refund for the second night, the manager was rude and refused our request. Instead, she offered to print a hotel policy for us. Also, be sure you wash your dishes before you leave! There was a note in the room that the hotel would charge you for leaving dirty dishes and lost room key. We are world travelers and have never seen such nonsense..

Great hotel in the city...

Liked: Great location near the tram stop 28. října literally a few steps away.Stylish big rooms with a kitchenette, cool coffee machine, superb bathroom, and big windows letting in natural light. Very comfy bed.The staff is very helpful.The breakfast was amazing with local food and continental meals as well.
Disliked: There was no iron in the room - you have to get your clothes ironed by staff for 100czk per item.
