Great place to stay with...

Liked: It was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were super friendly and helpful and I was allowed an early check in which was very much appreciated!! I The property is in a great location and has been beautifully and tastefully renovated which makes it a really comfortable place to stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Great location in the heart...

Liked: A wonderful location in New Farm, and close to the river cat. Apartment was spacious and had everything we required.Breakfast was really good, and staff/owner were very pleasant. We will be back.Easy to get to Southbank restaurants and bars - Star Casino and Powerhouse.
Disliked: everything was perfect

Comfortable and suited our purpose...

Liked: Good choice for a continental breakfast. Comfortable and suited our purpose for the weekend. Location good.
Disliked: Boutique old rooms - but windows do not shut properly so very cold in winter. NO sound proofing. NO parking. A bit pricey for what you get.

Edward Lodge stay in winter

Liked: A great location for cafes and the ferry. Our host Phillip was there to answer any questions and give us tips as well as breaky to start the day. We felt very welcome and my sister and I would recommend staying here.Also we were staying in the cold snap of June '25 and the room was super cosy with the split system too
Disliked: Smallish rooms but we could use the kitchen lounge area if needed, but great for a base and so handy.
