Liked: Very good location and very polite and helpful staff!
Disliked: Small room and there was delay to have your coffee and tea. It would be better to have a machine to serve the drinks yourself.

Super friendly,luxury hotel in the...

Liked: Hotel staff are very attentive, location is very close to louvre, Palais Garnier/opera, Galeries Lafayette. Many coffee shops bakeries near the hotel, close to metro. The room we had was very spacious, had a balcony. Family friendlyWould definitely stay here on all future travels to Paris.

Beautiful hotel, Staff were fantastic,...

Liked: Staff was amazing. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. We brought our baby with us and everyone treated us and him like royalty. Breakfast was fantastic and the view from the apartment was beautiful. If I'm back in Paris, this is where I want to stay again.
Disliked: I liked everything. I want to go back.

Wonderful staff and comfortable room...

Liked: The staff were amazing, always attentive and helpful. We had the superior room with balcony which was a great size with nice view of the opera house and avenue. The room was very comfortable and bathroom very nice.
Disliked: The soundproofing between rooms was poor and the couple of dishes we ordered from room service were not great.
