Liked: Lots of character. Room nice , river view lovely.
Disliked: Parking tough on arrival as conference on but quiet later . Quite a few steps - at front door, corridor, to dining room might be problem for some

Great location great staff

Liked: Location was brilliant, view out to the river was beautiful. food was lovely, especially breakfast. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The room wasn't very clean, there was dust on top of the bed board, skirting, mirror, and bathroom. The silicon in the shower was cracked, and going brown with mold. The glass shelves in the bathroom were not clean, had cup ring marks underneath and on top, and were dusty.The shower door wasn't clean, water marks and the runners it was on had mold. The shower pressure was poor. The main dinning room windows were not clean inside, had marks and fingers prints on them, which didn't look like they had been cleaned for a while. Overall the hotel needs some maintenance, and a good deep clean.

Beautiful hotel

Liked: Absolutely beautiful setting, we stayed in the orangery suit which was lovely and spacious with amazing views across the river and garden. It was lovely and warm, cosy and comfortable
