Had a good sleep in a great bed.

Liked: Close to stadium.
Disliked: Missed breakfast.

Plan on eating somewhere else - don't eat at this hotel; service was very poor and food was worse.

Liked: The manager was helpful.
Disliked: I wouldn't recommend eating at this place; we tried 3 locations and 3 strikes and you're out, it was gross.

Liked: It was a clean room, and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: We were given a different room than what we booked. It was big but very hot. The AC didn't work, and the window was too small to keep the room cool. We also ended up sleeping with the door open. It was a nightmare.

Affordable play to stay near...

Liked: I like the size of the room. I was actually expecting a small room based on the pictures but was surprised as soon as I opened the door. I did like the view from the 8th floor, with all the new residences built. Location is close to Kingsway Mall. There is a nearby Superstore and Starbucks that you can walk for about 10 minutes. I like that it is not a traffic congested area and the neighborhood is quiet.Staff is very friendly and allowed us to do a late check out.
Disliked: The toilet seat was not functioning well and it did overflow. Make sure to test the flush with the lid closed. Some of the lamps and bulbs are busted. The restaurant is kind of pricey. We would have preferred free breakfast that goes along with price.

Disliked: Rundown and old. The air fresher they use in the lobby smells like the type you would you for the bathroom. Room can use some maintenance work and dirty

Liked: Location was great, staff was great. The facility is beautiful but needs an upgrade. We were very comfortable. We didn't eat on site so can't speak to that but it was quite good for a night's stay. Clean.
Disliked: Really minor things that didn't affect our stay, but upgrading needs to happen. Small holes in the curtains that I noticed when the early morning light shone through them. Toilet had some nicks, tiles etc outdated.
