It wasn’t worth the savings.

Liked: The elevator was fast and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good but just never enough for the hours. Also the restaurant on site was excellent service. Food was ok.
Disliked: From the rude staff, to running out of food when there was more than an hour of breakfast left. I’am travelling with 4 guests not 2 so there should be that many towels in the room. It took over an hour to get our toilet unplugged and then the guy left toilet water all over the floor. I called front desk for someone to come clean it up and god forbid a man clean it up. Had to wait for house keeping. No towels at the pool. There should be someone at the desk in front when you enter not keep harassing us for our ticket. I don’t think I’ve ever been to Edmonton and been treated so poorly as this hotel. Also I have two diabetics with me and the fridge frozen the insulin so it was garbage 100 dollars worth of medical supplies. There was no point in telling the front desk since it was such an issue to even get two towels. Never again will we be staying at this hotel.

Disliked: I paid in full up front deposit...but you do not get your money back at time of check out...will etransfer funds in 5 to 10 business days.... bull shit

I enjoyed my stay here...

Liked: The hotel was okay the staff were really nice. I liked the shower in the business suite and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The heat on the second floor hallway is very warm. The pool was okay but rusty around the edges of the pool the sauna didn't work for my daughter and the hot tub a few jets were not blowing properly. The food in the pub 76 was very dry I ordered the Alberta beef nachos. I also ordered two drinks. My Caesar I ordered had no alcohol in it and I sucked up two seeds from the lime. The breakfast was okay. Did not have bacon for an option. The eggs were good everything else was basic and some things were also dry.
