Lovely rooms, short bus ride...

Liked: Lovely decor, welcoming staff, well-appointed rooms, great area with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Bus stop into town right across the street.
Disliked: The distance from town but it really wasn’t a problem - and this is reflected in the great value for money. No breakfast though, which might make a difference to some.

Absolutely perfect!

Liked: This hotel offers the best host i’ve ever met! So easy to deal with and helpful. No problems to store bags before check-in or after check-out, for free as well! Super convenient with the bus stop right outside (1 pound per trip!) so it doesn’t take many minutes to get to the city center.The room has everything for your basic needs and I recommend this to everyone who’s looking for a trouble-free stay in Edinburgh, with easy access to the city center but also with the calm presence of sleeping without being disturbed by loud city noises.Absolutely perfect!

Liked: Very friendly host. Nice and clean hotel. Great location, 30 min. walk to the city center.
Disliked: On the second night, the towels were not changed, nor was the cup for the tea.
