Liked: Great managers and clean rooms that were serviced regularly. The managers solved a booking.com problem that booking.com were too lazy and incompetent to solve themsleves. Will only book direct from now on.
Disliked: Dealing with booking.com Will never use booking.com again as their customer service is grossly incompetent. They wouldn't help fix a payment problem and when the Edinburgh manager said she had Googled the issue, booking.com replied "you should have done that in the first place" Complete arrogance.

Liked: The room was a good size and well equipped. We liked the inclusion of the microwave. The room was clean and tidy

Liked: Located nice and close to town. Good sized rooms. Beds were nice and big.
Disliked: Bathroom was quite dated. There probably needed to be a heater in the second bedroom.

Liked: It's a basic place with a bit of old world (Route 66 style) charm. It's pretty cost effective; sheets are clean and bed is comfy. Lots of hot water in shower. Staff were polite and helpful.
Disliked: It's dated and could do with a basic spruce and freshen up, whilst retaining the old world charm.
