Always a very pleasant stay.

Liked: This is the 5th time that my friends and I have stayed at the Edinburgh as we participated in the mid-winter Festival of Voices choir festival. The guesthouse has always been very clean and welcoming. The rooms are comfy and warm when you put the heaters on. The beds are comfy and come with electric blankets. The breakfast is serve-yourself with varieties of cereal, bread, spreads, fruit, tea, coffee and juices - all you need to start the day. John, the proprietor is always helpful and cheerful. We were able to store our luggage during the day of departure and chill out in the reception lounge area whilst waiting for our airport bus.
Disliked: Some of the ensuite bathrooms are very narrow and might be a problem for large people. The share bathrooms are a fine option if this is an issue.
