Disliked: Stayed on the bottom floor and at 1.30am upstairs room guests were stomping around ...

Liked: The view was nice
Disliked: The tv had a lot of dust behind it and under the bed also the room smelt strong of cleaning chemicals. I didn’t realise that we were sharing a balcony with the room that was next to us.

Liked: I liked the easy check in and check out, friendly staff, and quiet while we were there.

Great

Liked: Comfy, good size room. The small bottle of milk given by reception on check in was a nice touch.
Disliked: Other customers were rowdy staying in nearby rooms - made noise down hall way late in the night

Exceptional

Liked: Very friendly staff, clean and very spacious, comfortable beds
Disliked: The loud banging that was happening through the day and night sounded like it was coming from above us.

Liked: Great location and layout. Had everything we needed for a stay of a few days. Looked over to the playground across the road.
Disliked: Could have been better laid out for a wheelchair. The couch layout meant that wheelchair users were excluded (we moved them). A curb cut would have been nice from the carpark to the wheelchair accessible room. It was quite cold there when we arrived. The heating was turned off.
