Liked: The location is good. It is central and close to the seafront.

Pleasant

Liked: - Manager was excellent, provided us with a decent park for our oversized vehicle. Very nice and helpful.- close to town and a great view of the Matariki bonfires on the beach.
Disliked: Room was smaller than expected. Had to wash our dishes in the bathroom.

Disliked: The beds are no good for a good night sleep. The carpets are worn, and the shower was a nightmare.water goes everywhere, and it was very slippery for a disanled friendly flat.A lot of noise from the upstairs room and the laundry right across the room. Tv channels had no decent signal, and there was cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen.The parking area is a complete nightmare to get in and out of. Room advertisement said bath/shower I was never offered a bath option. Over prized for what you get compared to other luxury stays around the same area.

Disliked: The furniture was quite run down. One of the beds were propped up by ply wood and another had torn fabric hanging from the base.
