OK but disappointing

Liked: Large, very clean, recently remodeled room. Large screen TV with lots of cable choices. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: 2-story hotel but no elevator, so not accessible if you're on the second floor.Inadequate sound proofing between rooms, especially ceiling/floor. Staff was understanding and asked upstairs guests to turn down the very loud TVNo microwave in room; Staff commented that the electrical system needed to be upgraded before microwaves could be installed in every room.Mini-fridge was very small and extremely noisy when actively coolingWall-mounted A/C-heater was quite loud and hard to set to a comfortable temperature; in this case the volume was actually welcome as it was continuous (and thus blended into the background) as it masked the mini-fridge's intermittent wheezing.

Liked: The location is good. It's very clean and super affordable! My kids enjoyed the pool!
Disliked: There hasn't been anything I haven't liked.

Terrible hotel, bad customer service...

Disliked: Changed reservation through booking.com with confirmation, hotel said they never received change even when I showed documentation, had to purchase another night. It’s literally in Safeway store parking lot with transits, all over Other guest fighting for hours even though we called front desk, night staff was not helpful at all

Disliked: Very thin walls heard everything. Carpet was dirty. Had to go to front desk 4 times fie demagnetized room keys. No hot tub.
