We stayed here a few...

Liked: The unit was clean & spacious. The hosts were exceptional in making us feel comfortable. We had a balcony which looked out over the park & the marina. The location was right in the center of everything, including restaurants. They rent golf carts too & guests get a discount. We got the impression that it is under new management. When I called with questions or went to the desk, staff were always pleasant & helpful. The hotel is located next to a restaurant/bar but there are quiet hours. The rooms are private entrance & the upper floor requires a key card. Despite just opening for the season, our room was ready. -We actually forgot check-in time but our room happened to be ready early.
Disliked: We have no complaints.

The service was good, location...

Liked: Location is great. Rooms are huge with a full size refrigerator and nice tile shower.
Disliked: The toilet seat was old & beat up and the room was not very clean. We could hear the people above us walking around their room & Mr Ed’s bar next door was easily heard thumping until after 2am.

Bad

Disliked: There was no swimming pool.the floor was very dirty.the stuff didn't come to fix the room it was very bad experience
