Great hotel great location SPOILT...

Liked: Superb but I paid 4200$ for a suite so expected it to be so Beach superb pools also
Disliked: The hotel next door was being renovated so it was very noiseyNot the hotels fault BUT had they informed me as I checked in I would have looked to reserve elsewhereNOTEI checked in late Sunday afternoon and of course there was no noise as the workers do not work at weekendsBUT Monday until Friday it was impossible to enjoy our VERY EXPENSIVE (see above) balcony directly in front of the seaI did complain and was offered 100 $ compensationOf course it was too late to find another hotel so I had no choice but to accept and suffer

Liked: Location is excellent, everything is well maintained on the property, personnel is very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind…

Almost perfect!

Liked: I had to change rooms because I thought I was booking a gulf front room. I was traveling to relax on my own. I got screaming kids outside my balcony instead. I was moved to an amazing gulf front room the last 3 night for the same rate. That was very nice and I plan to return, of course!
Disliked: Areas were a bit run down needing paint and there were lounge chairs and tables thrown about in the parking garage outside the elevator. That should not be the case in a hotel of such category.
