Eden Roc Inn & Suites near the Maingate

The staff was nice and...

Liked: The location was perfect for events at the Anaheim Convention Center.
Disliked: We could hear everything from the room above us. It was very loud and persisted every night until midnight. We called the front desk who said they would deal with it but it continued.Additionally, while the room looked clean I found some small bug in my bed and killed it. I had several bites on my legs and my daughter complained about something in her bed as well.Lastly, the pull out couch was extremely uncomfortable. The cushion was thin and I could feel every cross bar. There was no back support at all.

Liked: Close to Disneyland

I would stay here again....

Liked: So convenient and close to both Disney and Anaheim Convention Center . Easy parking and plenty of spots available at least during our stay. Clean and I liked the floors instead of carpet. Easy access from the streets.
Disliked: Not much to complain about.. but for me blankets were very light and I’m more of a thicker blanket person. Beds sheets were a little rough.

We would stay again. Close...

Liked: Rooms spacious, comfortable and clean. Beds comfortable.
Disliked: Paying for parking and no breakfast.

Exceptional

Liked: The room we stayed in was great and very accessible for my handicap daughter.
Disliked: There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Fun

Liked: Very close to Disneyland. Rooms were large and clean.
Disliked: Should not have to pay for parking. Other hotels in the area around the same price do not charge for parking.

They put the ROACH in...

Disliked: I was there for about three hours with my grandson as we were getting ready to shower and get in bed. I had gotten to the bathroom and found a cockroach climbing on the chair. My grandson seen a cockroach in the bathroom. I called the office and told them what was going on. They came up and took video of it. I took pictures of it for myself. And then they told me they don’t wanna give me my refund back., which I’m still trying to fight to get back. They said that it’s never happened there before that they’ve never seen them there before.. it may look clean but when it gets dark, you better watch out you will have them crawling on you if one room has it, the whole hotel has it.

We did enjoy our stay...

Liked: The space of the room was fine and sufficient space to work with my assignments. Also, the hotel was close to the convention.
Disliked: That there was one restroom and the vent was on the side of the beds. I which two members of my family were freezing and the others not.
