overall nice but could use...

Liked: Nice amenities
Disliked: Had to wait until almost 5p to check in and the bed sheets are not soft.

Liked: We love the pools. Our room was spacious. The restaurants were great.

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast buffet
Disliked: Called front desk to ask for 2 luggage racks at 4:15 PM... after checking into our room. Told they would get them for us. Called again at 8:20 PM but no answer at front desk. Walked to front desk and again asked for luggage racks. Was told sorry and would get them there. They never arrived! Very inconvenient for 3 senior citizens. The next morning when ready for showering, found only 1 washcloth for 3 people. Too close to checkout to try and get them. Spoke to manager on duty at checkout time who apologized but said there was nothing he could do. Gave me a card for a person to call the next day... Feliz Gakci, Director of Rooms. Her direct line was disconnected, but I left a voicemail message on a second number asking for a return call. Called again the next day and left another message. To date, she has not returned the calls. I am deeply disappointed with the lack of service and the inconsideration that we continue to receive from the Eden Resort in Lancaster, PA. This was not our first stay there, but it was the most unpleasant experience. Two of us are from Lancaster and have spoken highly of Eden Resort. Liked: The facilities and bistro.
Disliked: Next to the highway so heard too much noise.

Liked: Nicely laid out. Very clean. Friendly staff

Liked: The rooms were awesome! We couldn't have asked for more.
Disliked: There were a lot of problems with the TVs in the rooms. They were newer smart TVs and no one knew how to connect properly to the streaming channels.

Facilities nice but staff need...

Liked: I lost something and the staff claimed they looked for it, but they didn’t. I had to drive back an hour to go find it myself, even though i told them exactly where to look. They claimed they had searched for it “for awhile”. We were absolutely stressing the whole way back just to find the item sitting right on the bench where I asked the staff to look. It was quite disappointing.
Disliked: We did not enjoy how the pool , particularly the indoor pool, was run. The staff was rude, babies constantly coming into hot tub. It seemed the staff was ill trained. I tried to go into the sauna but the guests in there was extremely rude to my daughter, shaking their fingers at her when she tried to come inside. She’s old enough to use a sauna with my supervision. Nonetheless, the facilities were well maintained outdoors. Indoor pool looked like it needed a lot of cleaning and maintenance.
