A comfortable home away from...

Liked: From the moment we arrived, we felt we were cared for. The Receptionist whom we dealt with on arrival, Denise, was courteous, welcoming and proactively helpful. She anticipated and offered assistance for our special needs. Extremely positive and helpful. The complex is in a lovely area, within a beautiful park. The Bathrooms were modern and clean. And the breakfast/dining area was exceptional: wide range of freshly cooked, delicious foods and helpful staff on hand for assistance.
Disliked: There was nothing I disliked. I would HIGHLY recommend this Hotel for all potential guests. We will certainly stay there again on our next visit to Geelong. And I will highly recommend it to others.

Liked: Great location. Realy good facilities. The food was fabulous. Staff were friendly and super helpful.
Disliked: Lots of steps throughout the facility, so a little difficult if you had some mobility issues, though they do have rooms on the same level as the dining room and reception.
