Hotel with good location for...

Liked: Well-located (right by the Bahnhof). Lots of eating options as well for breakfast and dinner. Right by the u-bahn and tram. Bed was comfortable. Has elevators for tourists with big luggages
Disliked: The pillows are too soft that it is very hard to sleep in. Would be nice to have free tea bags and/or coffee in the rooms. They are charging if you want just one tea bag. The cleaning is not very thorough, we used glasses for juices, the cleaning lady did not bother to wash the glasses. While the hotel is located, there are some shady areas as it right by the train station and the shelter

Good Value Convenient Stay

Liked: Well located right across from main train station. Lufthansa express bus stops right in front of hotel. Comfortable 15 minutes walk to Marienplatz.Good size room for the priceLove the German restaurant right next door.
Disliked: Room is a bit dated and bed a little soft for my liking.
