Liked: Perfect location!
Disliked: There's construction work next to the hotel & the AC system was under maintenance so the windows couldn't be closed because the room would be unbearably hot, having the windows open There's too much noise from the building site.

Liked: Walking distance to the train. And next to the cathedral.
Disliked: No AC

Liked: Great location, nice view to a degree (there was construction in front of my window but I could see the dome)
Disliked: They have no A/C which is okay IF you can open the windows. However you can't because they also don't have any mosquito nets on the windows so you can pick - either boil in hot humid air or have your entire body bitten the entire night. We tried both options and they both really suck. It was more than a week ago and my toddler has more than 10 small scars all over her body and she learned the word "hurts" to describe how she feels as she points to her lesions. They also have weird pictures of beer, like huge advertising boards inside the room, but I could get over that.Miserable experience, nice location.

Liked: Hard to find a better location for a tourist in Köln an this hotel very close to theDom and the centralstation.Friendly easygoing staff. Quiet nice room. Safety box etc.
