Lovely hotel. Definitely recommend

Liked: The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Great location in the centre of town.
Disliked: The rooms were a little small

I would recommend this Hotel...

Liked: Excellent location, everything we needed was in walking distance. The staff were amazing, friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: The room that was adjacent to ours, their shower was next to our bedroom and the noise that came from their shower made a loud squeaking and piercing loud noise. The noise literally came through our walls, it was so loud, their shower woke us out of our sleep at 0800hrs in the morning. I called the front desk to complain and one staff member thought it was a plumbing issue and they immediately try to assist. they recommended to change room and apology for the inconvenience.

Okay, first trip

Liked: Breakfast was good. Free bottled water was a bonus.
Disliked: There was no refrigerator in the room. We did not know there was a mosquito problem in Amsterdam and we opened the window. Not a good idea because we got numerous bites!

Exceptional

A decent place to stay...

Liked: The property is clean, good facilities (restaurant, bar, luggage storage) and staff to assist the check in. Location is also good - being about a 15-20mi walk from central station.

For the price and location...

Liked: Great location and very helpful staff.
Disliked: Breakfast was amazing and did not expect the vast selection
