Perfect location for exploring Keswick...

Liked: Good location, near town centre, bus stops but nice and quiet. Would have liked to have been on the same floor as friends but we were all placed on separate levels. we didn’t dare open the window on the ground floor room incase the neighbours cat came in ( petrified of cats with an allergy)! Really helpful with local information about walks, routes, transport. Tea and cake on arrival lovely touch and cake to take on our walk was really nice touch, Lovely fresh fruit available also.
Disliked: We have the same names and were labelled name 1 & name 2, which I felt was a little degrading! Our breakfast order the 2nd day was slightly wrong and again I accept we all make mistakes but the was no offer to rectify this. I know they’re small things but it’s the small things that mount up!

Liked: Sue and Mick made us feel very welcome with tea and cake after a long journey. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. We slept well. They have good knowledge of the area, advice on walks, and best places to eat. It was our anniversary, and they helped me surprise my husband with a trip to the theatre. We had a fantastic, memorable night, and the play was amazing. Breakfast was perfect and very relaxing, too. We were given a lovely piece of cake to take with us on our day out. A lovely card wishing us a happy anniversary, that was very kind. We look forward to returning to another warm welcome at Eden Green. Thank you, both very much.
Disliked: That we had to come home.

Rearranged holiday with friends.

Liked: Location. Cleanliness. Comfortable. Ground floor roomAvailable which is great for guests with mobility issues. Choice of good for breakfast excellent. Hosts have a fabulous sense of humour. We were laughing within minutes of meeting.
Disliked: Nothing.

Short break with friends.

Liked: Ideal location 5 min walk to centre of Keswick. Free on street parking. Spotlessly clean & rooms comfortable & all en-suite. Nice toiletry touches in the bathroom & plenty of hot water. Tea & coffee & biscuits in room. Lovely breakfast freshly cooked with plenty of choices. Everyone welcome here. Mick & Sue brilliant hosts sharing local knowledge to enhance your holiday.
Disliked: Property all good maybe prune the greenery that’s over growing the b&b sign. Makes it difficult to spot till you’re on top of it.
