Passable

Decent value, just don't expect...

Liked: It's a decent value for the price. It's not luxury accommodations. We did not eat breakfast on this trip but we have in the past and it was OK, nothing special. The main attraction for us is the location, walking distance to downtown.
Disliked: The room needs updating, especially the shower. The shower head wouldn't fully come on. I was disappointed they took the fire pit away. I really enjoyed that.

Not worth the price at...

Liked: Air conditioning
Disliked: Not enough soap, not enough pillows, pool hours ended too early/started too late, the free breakfast tasted absolutely disgusting (sour milk, watery coffee, stale bagels/bread).

Comfortable stay for a short...

Liked: The location is perfect for enjoying the restaurants and shops in Ellicotville. The staff were friendly. The lodge is dated. It needs to be refreshed. Normally it is a value, but not last weekend. Perhaps due to St. Bonaventure graduation.
Disliked: Cost and it's dated.

Liked: Friendly accommodating staff who let is check in early since it was on our way to Holiday Valley! Grat location right in town!
