Liked: Friendly accommodating staff who let is check in early since it was on our way to Holiday Valley! Grat location right in town!

Liked: Whirlpool jet tub. Only a couple of the jets worked, and the hot water ran out in 5 minutes. No breakfast as advertised.

Disliked: i didnt like the fact that we got reprimanded for talking and having a good time in our room , it was 330 and we got a call from the front desk telling us we WERE TOO loud because the people above us called , 330 in the afternoon and we cant talk that was absolutely ridiculous

Disappointing

Liked: The staff was friendly. The room was clean.
Disliked: We've stayed there many times in the past 10 years. The people next to us had an all out party at 1:30 in the morning, making us not be able to sleep. The free breakfast was awful-white toast, dry cereal, 4 apples and coffee. Somehow I remember it being much better than that. Since it was still ski season, the room cost more than we ever paid before (180 plus), and I don't feel the overall stay was worth it.
