Disliked: Dirty dusty smelly rooms

Roaches in the room. Roaches...

Liked: Nothing. It had roaches in the room and was gross. Plus, he overcharged me 2 days after we left
Disliked: He made us leave at 8am the morning of checkout because my wife asked for some toilet paper. But he waited until I had left to go get us some breakfast before he came to the room to tell her to get out. This was two hours after she had gone to ask for some tp (the room hadn't been stocked). He literally waited until I had left so he could go try to bully this small woman. What a coward.

Terrible. Unprofessional. Hope people see...

Disliked: Rooms were hot. Bed had a smell to them. Drawers had broken handles. AC unit had exposed wiring. After 2-3 hours with ac turned on(we had to plug in and turn on ourselves) rooms were still too hot to have kids in them. Had to leave. From desk clerk seemed to be upset that we could not stay under those conditions. Snatched the keys from me and went into the back room. Didn’t even ask for a refund.
