Discrimination against disabled Americans

Disliked: Blatant disrespect and discrimination for the disabled.Our family of 3... 2 long term disabled adults 1 -17 year old and 2 -8 lb service dogs were displaced by a devastating house fire that rendered the home uninhabitable.... we requested an early check in of 1pm as opposed to 3pm because we had no where else to go... they could not be bothered to answer our request so we hung out in our car til we could check in... it was a Tuesday and when we got there it was practically empty so I couldn't understand why they didn't let us come a little early.....Even upon arrival with a pre- paid booking. Com reservation the "manager" had a very unpleasant demeanor.... zero time for pleasantries or kindness... we anxiously chatted about our housefire and received zero compassion.... no worries... he is clearly not American and has a different culture... they have no understanding or appreciation for customer service.... after all. He was doing us an enormous favor renting us a room... eh-hem.....I had already verified on booking that Pets were accepted.... but also... my husband and I have been disabled his entire adult life and myself for almost 20 years.... so both our tiny dogs are registered as service animals and booking.com and the ADA state they can't be refused or charged any additional fees.... so when he asked me if I had any "pets" I said no.... mind you he had already been paid... put the key in front of me on the counter and my husband was signing..... I said "no pets"His wife then came in from their back apartment and spoke in her foreign language... the man then said... there is a dog in your car...I asked you about pets... I replied... I have 8 lb service dogs with certificates and he tried to take the key back and got angry that I lied.... I stated I had not lied... booking. Com says they do not need to be declared....
