Liked: Proximity to my event was the only reason I booked. They did issue a refund, which I thought was going to be an issue. Glad they did the right thing.
Disliked: We were traveling with small children and there was only either a king or 2 doubles so we opted for the king, and brought an air mattress for the kids. I called in advance to ask for extra bedding and we were told that was not an option. I have never heard of such a thing, but we were already booked and paid so no choice. The room they tried to put us in was just a few steps away from a very busy highway. I was concerned about the safety of our kiddos (and noise) so I asked for a room in the back, which was completely empty. I was told no so we ended up driving all the way home after a very long day. I was willing to sacrifice the $120.00 I had paid, but they ultimately refunded my payment.
