Liked: Terrible Stay – Would Never Recommend!I stayed at the Economy Inn during my recent trip to Niagara Falls, and it was a huge disappointment. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience deserves it.
Disliked: The room was filthy – stained sheets, hair in the bathroom, and a musty odor that made it hard to breathe.Customer service was rude and unhelpful. The front desk barely acknowledged us and made us feel like we were a bother for checking in.The AC barely worked, and it sounded like a jet engine when it did.Towels were old and scratchy, and there weren’t even enough for two people.It felt unsafe, with shady people hanging around outside and poor lighting at night.

A terrible stay

Liked: It would have been OK as an ultra budget stay.
Disliked: I felt conned with this motel. I booked it in a rush and went by the overall rating without double-checking reviews. On arrival, the place looked dishevelled and the room needed a good clean. It was dusty, dirty and there was a big stain on the blanket.The pillows were awful, so I woke up with neck pain. There were also no lamps.Afterwards I checked the reviews again and saw that there were more than 10 "exceptional" reviews in a short space of time from the same person. They were clearly false reviews to try to improve their rating.Tried to contact booking.com and had no reply on this. Extremely disappointing.
