Disliked: The room was dirty, the floor probably hadn't been vacuumed in ages, there was popcorn and pills in the corners of the floor and hair in the shower. The temperature in the room was too high and there was no way to turn off the heating.

Liked: The location was definitely a plus for me.and the staff did an okay job at accommodating me as best as he could .
Disliked: I arrived a day early and tried adding the night to the reservation,but the staff opted for not adding it,so had to do a 1 night then come back in da morning to check in under new reservation, the room i was given (although i forgot to snap pic) was a hot mess.

I wouldn't recommend

Liked: I didn't like much except the location. It is close enough to Buffalo for easy access.
Disliked: They apparently gave us a "non-smoking" room but the stench of weed and cigarettes was in the room. It felt like the owners were watching our every move and were unprofessional. They also lied to Booking.com saying we stayed there the night but we returned our key after 30 minutes of arriving.

Disliked: Non smoking room still smelled like smoke. Burnt incense and fruit loops on the floor.
