This place should NOT be...

Liked: Absolutely nothing!!!
Disliked: The property had roaches crawling on the bed, floor and walls. There was a homeless man sleeping outside the room.

An absolute disaster!!!!!!

Liked: Absolutely nothing! You should not have them on your booking.com! The 3.5 stars misrepresents what the motel really is
Disliked: Cockroaches all over the room. The free breakfast was a joke there was literally next to nothing. Not a single ice machine worked. The walls were filthy. The ceiling looked like it had a water leak which was frightening in itself as it was just about our bed. The two towels that were given for the shower were not much bigger than a hand towel. The blanket on the bed had at least five cigarette burns on it and was very thin.

Pleasant

Liked: The TV worked well, there were no bed bugs as I slept, the shower was ok the pressure and hot water good. Heater in the room worked excellent and provided the appropriate temperature. The waffle was surprisingly decent along with the coffee that was made by the staff. The man who worked the morning shift did allow me to wait inside for my ride to come which was under ten minutes when they arrived. He was courteous about it.
Disliked: I did not like the fact that I can only wait in the front lobby for only then minutes due to showing up about an hour early or they will charge a $20 fee I wish they would state that in their website. The pillows was too flat did not support my head while sleeping. There were small roaches crawling in the tub after the shower was taken. There was a candy wrapper found in the drawer, there were stains found on the sheets luckily it looked like it came from a marker and an ink pen. The staff was ok, they didn't seem to understand when I spoke to them and I had to repeat myself multiple time. The continental breakfast could have been better. There was no milk, juice, or eggs or other varieties available. I had to knock on the door to be let in close to 7 am and breakfast was supposed to start at 6 am.

Disliked: The beds were so uncomfortable and the ac didn't work well. Tossed and turned all night
