The room was not worth...

Liked: The motel was in a good location, near downtown. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The motel was in pretty rough shape. The room was small, but ok for one person. The bathroom was tiny, with the toilet tucked into a very small space. The faucet handles were cracked, there were stains on the wall in the bathroom and dirt build up on the bathroom windowsill. The bathroom needed a good cleaning and some repairs.At 1:45am, there were young men yelling in the parking lot, obviously drunk. The owner of the motel did go out and yell at them, threatening to call the police, which quieted them down.
