Disliked: Upon my stay here the first day WiFi was excellent then over the next few days it became very frustrating because nothing was working for me I was in the middle of work and i found out i was better off with one bar showing on my phones personal hotspot then i was dealing with crap internet access from them here

Liked: Absolutely nothing. It was disgusting. The second me and my daughter walked in we were disgusted. Roaches everywhere. The walls were disgusting. Bed sheets were dirty. The little hand towel was dirty. The light fixture was hanging out of the ceiling. The room smelled like smoke so bad. Even though I paid for non smoking. The floors were dirty. It was the worst experience that I ever had. ANYONE WITH KIDS. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN IN SUCH AN UNSANITARY ENVIRONMENT... YOU WILL REGRET IT. SPEND A LITTLE MORE FOR A BETTER ROOM. BECAUSE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE A REFUND.

Disliked: When we first arrived the room was disgusting. There was food on the wall behind the microwave the walls were just disgusting. When I went to talk to the front desk the man got upset and said no the room is clean I was in there with her and I couldn't get a refund. I was so upset with the whole situation. Then he calls me and says I have a different room for me. Then proceeds to tell me I'm lucky he has a room for me because I couldn't get a refund and that my kid better not be jumping or I'm I. Big trouble is because the other people had complained already. We were only in the room long enough for us to walk in they washed their hands and then left. Their information said they were kid friendly they were not. We made my pour kids we afraid to walk around. The room they moved us to looked just like the one on the side with the exceptions of the lock on the door was broken there was no hole to look out of the sink was not secure and there was a hole in the wall. We were very disappointed in the customer service.
