Liked: The room was clean
Disliked: 15 to 20 minures after checking in I was called and told they had put me in the wrong room and needed to move me. I was already in bed. The room I was the given was a disaster. The curtains were hanging off the rod and it looked like the room had not been cleaned. Then the room after that was not the same type of room I booked. The gentleman ended up putting me back in the original room .There was no lampshade on the Table lamp in the room I stayed in. The remote dor the TV did not work. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was missing. I doubt if I would ever stay there again.

Terrible and roach infested

Disliked: I asked for a non smoking room the first room they gave me smelled like cigarettes so I told them about it and they moved me to another room which needed a upgrade but it was ok untill the neighbor started playing music 4 in the morning and then I left the dont disturb sign on my door to get sleep and twice the cleaner came banging on my door then the ac froze up and I had to be moved to another room that's when all hell broke loose roaches were everywhere so I moved all our stuff to my car before they could attack I told them about it they came and sprayed but it was like they sprayed sugar water because I left for 2 days came back and it was like they multipied they were even in the bed I left the ac on before I left and they came in and took it off while we were gone and the heat make the roaches more attractive they moved me to another roach infested room and I told them you know I check out tomorrow you guys can have the room I will sleep in the car with my kids
