Liked: Wifi was nt. good.
Disliked: Better Wifi needed, and pricing that was given to me on a weekly rental was then rescinded by another staff member and wasn't consistent wth what I'd been given earlier.

I made a complaint yesterday...

Liked: Nothing it was absolutely disgusting so many roaches you couldn’t so comfortably had to leave all the lights on. I couldn’t bring any items very very very unpleasant day.
Disliked: Absolutely everything

cockroaches all over the place

Liked: The staff was quite helpful and nice, given the circumstances
Disliked: The first room we was given had cockroaches all over the place, the door didn’t shut right, the light didn’t work and it smelled bad. The entire floor was crawling with insects, so we asked to get another room, which was even worse, there was crumbs of food in the AC. We left after 20 min being there and decided to sleep somewhere else, and asked for a refund but we never got it.

Disliked: It was old, it was dirty. It had cockroaches, the beds were uncomfortable. The entire hotel needed painting and cleaning. It looks like a place that's going out of business.
