Disliked: Bad mattress and pillows. Smelly linen. Water leaked on to the floor from the tub when showering. Highway noise. Loud hotel guests.

Disliked: Requested a handicap accessible room, downstairs with handicap accessible bathroom. The Requested information wasn't passed on to the location staff by Hotels.com (so the person on duty said). Also the bathroom door latch was not working, no slip proof pat in the bathtub, and no shower wand type shower sprayer, which is a necessary item for a handicap person. (The staff could have cared less about any of these things). Also the battery in the locking mechanism on the room door was dead so the room door wouldn't lock when we checked in. We needed to go somewhere immediately after we arrived so we had to put all of our luggage, etc. back into our vehicle because the staff was too busy to come replace it at that time. We were disappointed with the lack of attention to important details.

Liked: It was right off of I 35 highway and easy to find.
Disliked: The toilet was dirty and in the shower the water didn't get hot. I told the owners at checkout and he said okay. I thought that was very rude.

It was terrible

Liked: The floor boards were loose. Cigaret burn holes in the blankets in a non smoking room . Sink faucet leaked all over the cou nter. Shower curtain fell down when I tryed to close it . Ac-Heater made a load noise when in used making it impossible to sleep when running . Front desk manager smelled like pot when he finally arrived after waiting 10 minutes . He was not nice or friendly . Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Horrible experience and long weekend...

Liked: The location was within 20-30 minutes of where I had to go every day. The location was convenient.
Disliked: I had requested a quiet, NO SMOKING room. When I arrived to check in, the front desk gentleman told me he only had 1 room left and he didn't have any more rooms available. I told him I had reserved my room a week ago. He said it didn't matter and he only had one room available. When I entered the room, immediately it smelled of cigarettes. It appeared clean and orderly, but the smell was nasty. An ashtray was on the desk. I went to the front desk and told the gentleman and his response was, "That's all I have". I learned during my weekend stay that the bed, when sitting on the edge, a spring was broken and came up through the side of the mattress stabbing me in my leg. There was no iron when I needed to press a shirt and the small tabletop ironing board had 2 broken legs so it wouldn't stand the 4 inches it was meant to do. The wall air conditioning rattled and multiple times during the night, it roared like a garbage truck emptying garbage in its back, but it was the air conditioner making that noise. The hotel was filled with construction workers going and coming all night long making noise in the parking lot, on the outside walkways leading to the rooms, and revving their truck engines throughout the night and morning going to and from work. A few of the workers sat in their trucks with loud music and talked on their cell phones with their windows open. When I mentioned this to the front desk, again I was confronted with the nastiness of they pay their stay here too. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this hotel or stay there again.
