Disliked: The rooms had been renovated, tvs are tiny, the microwave had burn marks and mini fridges are rusty! But for the price the place is decent! What breakfast? Advertised continental breakfast, but I think they left it on another continent! Had some cereal and coffee and a few small muffins! And make your own waffles couldn't get that to work! Coffee was OK..

Liked: If there were negative numbers, that's what i would give! I have never given a bad review, but this was so bad that we didn't even stay the night. I used google Maps and located another hotel. As I was checking at the 2nd hotel, the locals told me the county gave vouchers for locals to stay at that Econo Lodge.. Those locals were sitting outside their rooms smoking Marijuana and drinking. Booking.Com contacted Econo Lodge to try to get me a refund, but they sd no. They were so kind to offer to escort me and the kids to our room to make us feel safe. Don't waste your money paying an extra few dollars book somewhere else... actually anywhere else!
Disliked: Location, clientele, and lack of management's willingness to work with booking.com and myself when I didn't feel safe to get out of my vehicle to go to check in for our room.

Comfortable in Cheraw

Liked: The price was very reasonable especially for a last minute booking. The location is good, with 2 gas stations and 2 restaurants in walking distance. The staff was very polite during check in/check out. It was a quiet location. The room looked just as pictured.
Disliked: tv could've been bigger. . There wasn't an ironing board/iron in the room.
