Liked: Housekeeping staff were ex emotionally sweet and amiable.
Disliked: Advertised breakfast N there was none. No ice machine. No vending ma hine.

Disliked: Don't know how this place could ever get 2.5 stars

Liked: I knew The Chiefs would win and they did. The indoor pool seemed nice; did not go in.
Disliked: Well, the Sheriff's Department was there when I arrived. I placed a "Do Not Disturb" thing on the door and the maid knocked on my door, very next day: "Room service". When I wet my washcloth? It changed color; did not know if it was dirty, or water

Liked: Staff was incredibly friendly and comforting. Very family friendly atmosphere. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Views was exceptional with a beautiful view of the mountains.
Disliked: Everyone was great trip was amazing. No complaints.

Disliked: Every time i have stayed there the tv has to be reset by staff. The shower curtain rods are broken, Linens and Towels are worn and stained.

Disliked: There is no breakfast served as stated online when booking. Room was in ok shape but very outdated, but I got multiple bed bug bites so bad that I had to leave my room and sleep in the car for 6 hours before my flight.

Disliked: Loud,walls are thin

Liked: Very easy to get on the freeway, as the parking lot had direct access to on-ramp to I-25. I couldnt hear the freeway from my room that faced the roadway.
Disliked: I was disappointed the room was not clean. The bathroom had used soap in the shower, along with blond hair in the drain. I was uncomfortable, and did not climb into the bed to sleep. I slept with the bathroom towels covering the pillows and as a blanket.
