Disliked: They charged extra sales tax. There was not breakfast even though it was advertised.

Liked: the cleanliness
Disliked: they advertised a continental breakfast and there wasn't one...at check in I stood there about 10 min waiting for staff to come to the desk I was ringing the bell

Liked: Cleanliness for an EconoLodge

Liked: Beds were comfortable and convenient to Shiloh and Corinth
Disliked: Rooms did not look like what is pictured online, did not expect a $100 deposit (still waiting on a refund) and no breakfast

Liked: Clean and i felt secure
Disliked: Shuttle was not available as promised in the hotel amenities.

Perfect

The room was one of the cleanest we've ever stayed at anywhere.

Liked: We stayed in one of the recently-remodeled rooms (201), and it was excellent. Very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: There was no breakfast offered due to COVID-19, and the hair dryer didn't work. Called the office about it after our first night, but it wasn't fixed by the time we left the next day.

Disliked: The no smoking room stunk of cigarettes, there was a cigarette burn hole on the fitted sheet, the air conditioner was leaking and the toilet handle was broken. $---a night for a dump and the woman at the front desk didnt seem to care

Liked: The hotel was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants. The pool looked clean and inviting. Beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: The beds and bathrooms were spotless but there was strawberry jelly streaked over doors, ac unit, chair etc. The surfaces of dressers and tables were dirty. The staff was not friendly, so I cleaned it.
