Exceptional

We did not stay because...

Liked: We did not stay because the room we were assigned was unacceptable. The cover was missing, and the noise level was extremely high, making it impossible to rest or feel comfortable. We hope you understand our decision to leave and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter, including a possible refund or alternative compensation.

Disappointing

Disliked: Took a shower and water did not stay hot. It went from hot to cold. There was a giant roach found the morning I left. Biggest problem was the noise. Kids just running around unsupervised yelling and screaming. Other guests in the parking lot playing load music like they were having a party. Price was ok, and I guess I got what I paid for.

Bad

Liked: Staff was nice
Disliked: Place wasn't clean my son step on glass in the room . It was prostitute outside nake alot of screaming. At night an it was a lot of drug people.

It was horrible

Liked: It was close to my destination
Disliked: The roof was falling apart, especially in the shower. The only thing they had for breakfast was cereal and bread and coffee.

Could have been way better

Liked: Good price...bed was. Comfortable
Disliked: Trash cart out on sidewalk all evening..police blocked the parking lot and pool water was dark and did it look clean at all. breakfast was untoasted toast and cold cereal .....

It was okay

Disliked: The loud noise and the things I seen over there

I wouldn’t come with expectations...

Liked: Location and Setup.
Disliked: Cleanliness. My room wasn’t refreshed. Balcony had previous guests children’s clothes on the railing and bags of other stuff on the ground. My bedding had stains and dirt on them and on the bed framing.

Deplorable...Do Not Recommend!

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The hotel was dirty. There was a dirty washcloth in the shower, the sheets were dirty, the bed felt like a slab of wood, there were two lights, but only one had a shade (that light didn't even work) and the other had a broken top (but at least it worked). Outside on the balcony there was candy wrappers and gum as well as it was totally covered in chalk. The bathroom itself was dirty and the bath tub was cracking and peeling. Unfortunately we had already paid and couldn't get our $$$ back so we had to stay. We didn't even attempt to check out the free breakfast...the experience had already been horrible so we didn't expect that would be much better.
