Disliked: The service was terrible. The blankets are dirty and the whole place smells like cigarettes. The person who gives you the keys says horrible things. I will never stay there again.

Disliked: I was put in a king because they had no bed ready. The room was not clean no towels also the bed was hard and the breakfast non existent. I went and slept in the car literally I did not get what I payed for.

Disliked: the staff was BEYOND rude, & they also told us they would let us get our pet deposit back- which we didn’t get. the older gentleman that works the hotel asked me “why are you late for check out time?” in the most rude tone. there was also roaches.

Liked: I did not eat breakfast. My daughter had just arrived a short time before and we got caught up and missed breakfast. I wish it was open a little later for people who need more rest before a long drive. I thought the bed was comfortable and slept well.
Disliked: I was meeting family to get my daughter for thanksgiving and the staff accused me of having 6 people in one room and said we were smoking which is not true. There was 2 of us and my daughter and dad arrived the following morning. That was still only 4. I do not smoke, and the smoker went outside. It was early so we still had several hrs before checkout. Every time we left the room a man asked if we were checking out. total of about 4 times. Also, at 7am the same man was sweeping the sidewalks and banging the broom off on the rails. It woke me up and scared me. I believe they were trying to wake people up and get them out as soon as they could. It was very rude I had been driving several hrs the day before and was trying to get some sleep before I made another 6 hr drive. I will never use this location again and we meet in this area regularly. Also bedding looked nasty. the red blanket looked like it was unwashed for some time. I took it off and used my own.
