Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Absolutely everything. The person who checked me in was super rude, not just to me but whoever would call. The bathroom had bodily fluids on the floor, toilet, and in the shower. Sheets/bedding had stains, there was a hole in our door that opens the room. The air was not working at all. & there were bugs crawling on the floor. I understand we didn't pay a lot for a "luxury" place, but still, I couldn't even stay the full stay because of how bad it was.

Disliked: The service was terrible. The blankets are dirty and the whole place smells like cigarettes. The person who gives you the keys says horrible things. I will never stay there again.

Disliked: I was put in a king because they had no bed ready. The room was not clean no towels also the bed was hard and the breakfast non existent. I went and slept in the car literally I did not get what I payed for.

rude, disgusting, & overall unpleasant
Liked: nothing.
Disliked: the staff was BEYOND rude, & they also told us they would let us get our pet deposit back- which we didn’t get. the older gentleman that works the hotel asked me “why are you late for check out time?” in the most rude tone. there was also roaches.
