Liked: Close to the interstate
Disliked: Very run down. Non smoking room had an old cigarette butt just under the bed. Room wasn’t clean. Toilet just surface cleaned. Phone in room was so gross I almost took it apart to clean it. Beds are old and not comfortable.

Liked: Water pressure was good ,beds were okay
Disliked: Dirty, and rundown, WiFi doesn't work Broken tiles in bathroom. Floors and carpets weren't swept or vacuumed. Breakfast was barebones generic bread and English muffins no fruit , doughnuts,pastries or Bagels.. Towels were stained.

Cheaper shouldn't mean dirty.

Disliked: Hair all over bathroom. The walls and the bath tub! Not small amount either! Dust, bugs, and dirt on the floors, the bathroom too.Shower head and faucet grimey. The sink faucet had clearly seen a cloth but seemed as though the shower faucet was starved of being cleaned.. Just a blanket to sleep with? No duvet, just a thin blanket. We were absolutely freezing. Dirty toilet (not cleaned with toilet brush). So much build up in the toilet. Lack of breakfast... When it said breakfast included I thought it would be a bit more than 2 types of cereal and toast. Someone walked into our room at 9am randomly? No knock at the door, just fully came into the room unannounced, saw us in there and left...The hallways absolutely reaked of cigarette smoke. Not stale smoke, either. Like someone had just been smoking in their room or in the hallway. There were people in the car park right outside the rooms shouting and laughing through most of the night, which made it impossible to sleep. I rarely have bad things to say about hotels and their faults, but being a budget hotel doesn't mean it's excused to be disgusting.

Liked: There was very little enthusiasm in an industry that demands being pleasant and welcoming
Disliked: We had a cricket in the room. There was mold in the corner by the tub and behind the toilet and near tub. The linoleum needs to be replaced. The pillows were not standard pillows. They were firm square pillow, similar to what you might stuff a sofa pillow with.
