Disliked: When we got our room at 4:30PM our room was 45 degrees. After my husband worked at getting the furnace working the front desk had no clue as to why it wasn’t working. It was really cold and it took a long time for it to warm up. Then in the middle of the night it went out again. Also no extra blankets and we were freezing.

Disliked: Very small and no kleenex in the room!
